"Looking for a good realtor, Ronnie Martin is the best. We first met at an open house in November 2019. Ronnie reached out to me and we continued our conversations regarding housing in St Augustine through July 2020. Our initial conversations were via email because I was in Virginia. Ronnie was patient, he listened to me, and he gently guided us to our forever home. Ronnie was instrumental in having our closing process take the shortest amount of time, less than 7 days!!! He personally kept on top on things and made sure we had all of the proper, up to date documents on our new home. I just can't say enough good things about Ronnie Martin."

"When we met Ronnie we were living in Broward county and we wanted to move to St John's.. He was always patient with us never rushed us which was great. We viewed and visited probably 100 houses. Once we found the right house we made an offer the negotiation was smooth and the process was smooth. He explain to us step-by-step what was going to happen and always stayed in touch with us throughout the process especially that we lived 4 hours away. He is great, very knowledgeable. Love his personality. We now live in Saint Johns and 9 months after this move he still gets in touch with us which is awesome. Truly recommend him."

"In one word, Ronnie was "incredible" in helping us find our condo in Palm Coast. He made our purchase absolutely seamless in these Covid times and went out of his way to show us several properties via FaceTime while we were 1,500 miles away. More importantly, he really understood what we were looking for and was not shy in offering his own perspective when we were looking at properties remotely. The fact we were completely confident in buying our condo without ever being onsite is a testament to the confidence and professionalism that Ronnie provided.
